WHO WE ARE
VAD Nepal was set up as a non-profit, non political, non government organization in 2005 to assist disabled person of Nepal to become independent and useful in their communities. We have 20 active members with 7 on the Board fulfilling the legal requirement in Nepal.Each of whome is assigned an area of responsibility, to assist in the overall management and day to day running of the organization All officers work on a voluntary basis. The full memberships of VAD Nepal elect the Executive committee for a 2 years term. Being mostly disabled related persons at VAD Neapl we believe our members and Board have most of the skills, and can access all other required skills, that are needed to share with beneficiaries.
Chiranjeevy Pokhrel
He is a founded Member of VAD Nepal. Besides than working in VAD Nepal he loves to do Trekking, hiking and want to explore new places and love to meet with new people. He is responsible for organizing and designing programme for the VAD nepal and he looks after the Progress of the Different programme. He helps for the Community Based Rehabilitation support of the people with a disability in several villages. Highly motivated and flexible person from Eastern part of Nepal.

Suresh Mani Nepal
A Manager who work at Mega Nepal Pvt. Ltd. He is manly involved in the result-oriented rehabilitation projects and monitors and supervises these projects in close coordination with team. He is also responsible for facilitation of proposal/report writing and documentation.

Roma Neupane (left leg lost from car accident): is now well known on both Nepali film and overseas as a dancer who does so on one leg. Personalities awarded Celebrating Womanhood Navadevi Award - 2008 she is responsible for the financial administration and bookkeeping.
