It is a non-government organization established by 11 educated youths who have skills of development of organization. It was legally registered in 2063. it is an active organization working in eastern region against every type of discrimination for good govern and human tight. it is aimed at poor, Dalit, backward society and Madheshi people as well as students. This organization also works for strengthening youths leadership development development including skill development of organization.ADOBC-Nepal works in its aim through study, investigation, avocation, seminar interaction, training, publication, skill development, demonstration and its related organization. ADOBC-Nepal is monitoring and investigating against human rights violence. Similarly it launches programs such as discussion, interaction,training based on public avocation.
